Set in an unidentified country that resembles Indonesia, it opens with a get-her-phone-number enlisted medic rushing around a rural clinic to save a feverish child. Vital signs are transmitted to expert physicians in the U.S. via the FCS's satellite link, an instant diagnosis is given, and an injection of antibiotics saves the little girl.
